Main purpose:
This testing machine uses hydraulic pressure to apply test force, and the dial pointer displays test data, which is accurate and reliable. It is mainly used for tensile, compressive, bending, and shear tests of metal materials, meeting the requirements of GB/T228-2002 "Tensile Test Method for Metallic Materials at Room Temperature". It can also be used for compressive tests of non-metallic materials such as cement and concrete. Adding attachments can complete mechanical performance tests on steel pipes, webbing, chains, steel wire ropes, welded parts, fasteners, and components.
Widely used in quality inspection of machinery, transportation, electricity, construction, building materials, and production lines.
The design is based on the standard GB/T3159-2008 "Hydraulic Universal Testing Machine".
Structural features:
1. The testing machine adopts a high rigidity main body structure with four columns, double screws, low workstation, and large space, which has high geometric accuracy, no deformation, durability, and reliability.
2. The oil cylinder adopts static pressure oil film gap sealing technology, with minimal friction, stable and accurate indication, and high repeatability.
3. The clamping method of the jaws is manual or hydraulic clamping. Adopting heavy-duty large-sized jaws, made of alloy steel, the clamping is firm, safe and durable.
4. The dedicated oil return valve for the testing machine controls the testing process with stable and reliable control, low noise, no oil stains, reasonable structure, and easy operation.
5. The pointer display system dynamically indicates the load value and test speed in real-time; Intuitively judging conventional data such as yield strength, easy to operate, and more suitable for online rapid detection of material tensile or compressive strength;
6. The experimental process has force and displacement overload protection, and automatic shutdown when exceeding the limit, making the machine safer and more convenient to use.
